Status:This tells you whether the gateway service is online or offline.

Activate gateway: Check this box to enable the integration and then fill in the boxes below.

User ID match and ID replace: Enter regular expression (regex) in each field to transform a device's shortname into a Mirage id. Example to convert extension number 2xx to Mirage id 012345678xx: Enter ^2(.*) in the Match field and 012345678$1 in the Replace field.

Service url: Enter the Mirage switchboard URL into this text box if different from the standard URL. Example: https://miragecloud1.com/MirageSwitch/MirageSwitch.asmx

Default Service URL: Enter Default switchboard URL to use for new users in case the Mirage switchboard is unavailable. Example: https://de1.miragecloud.com/OpenCTIWebService52/MirageOpenCTI.asmx

Note:All fields can be left blank if the extension number is the same as the Mirage id.
